Bottles And Barrels

Love this place. Faultless every time I visit, whether for coffee or a beautiful bottle of wine to take home. Discovered Mermerus Pinot Noir here, which is a new (local!) fave, and this weekend it was a $22 bottle of delicious Soave. The homemade take home meals for the family have saved us on a few occasions now too! YUM. I wish we lived nearer, but will continue to go out of my way to support this incredible business as it's a WINNER. Also - new lounge area by a heater out the back is elite. New owner, Lizzie, is doing all the right things here. Do yourself a favour & get down there.

Can’t thank Bottles and Barrels enough for putting on such an amazing night for a function of mine recently. If you are looking for an intimate and beautiful venue then look no further than Bottles and Barrels! The food here is TOP NOTCH and their service is absolutely incredible. Not once did anyone have an empty glass nor was there any chance to leave with an empty stomach. We were lucky enough to be looked after by Cal on the night and everyone who attended made note of how much of a legend he was and we are all so grateful for that. Thank you Cal & the team for such a magnificent night! We will be back!

Found this place when looking for somewhere to get a coffee while I was down in Geelong. I ended up grabbing a long black which tastes amazing and the chicken sanga which was delicious. My sister grabbed a soy latte and the avo and Toms on toast and had no complaints. Definitely need to come back for some wine.

We had a function here last week and it was brilliant. Select your drinks from the extensive range and away you go. The food was delicious too, especially the sausage rolls. Also great for picking up a sneaky mid week bottle.

It comes as no surprise that our recent girl's dinner @ B&B was perfect. The surroundings, ambience, service and quality of food and beverage was outstanding. Madie was amazing in the lead up to providing everything that we asked for, but best of all was our waiter Paddy. His knowledge of wines and his ability to cater for our group should be applauded. Thank you all so much. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

We love this place because it makes us feel like we are in France… a little blissful respite from life. Excellent toasties and coffee and a lovely community of regulars. Viva La bottles and barrels… feels like a second home.

Great coffee and snacks. Reasonable prices. Quite a popular place therefore a little over crowded at times. Beautiful layout and atmosphere. Very relaxing. Great layout for pram/wheel chair access. 2 doorways to limit crowd congestion. Function room table out the back for group gatherings.

Had dinner here tonight and cannot fault food or service. Small well curated menu, something for everyone. I had the chicken schnitzel with sauerkraut and fries. Seriously delicious and cooked with love and care. For dessert I had the panacotta with honey and fig, was beautiful. Also pictured chocolate torte another part of our group had. Already can’t wait to go back.
